Natalie Chakrian has extensive experience in educational leadership and customer success, currently serving as the Executive Director of Customer Success at Lumen Learning since February 2019. In this role, Natalie has also held positions such as Executive Director of Sales and Senior Director of Teaching and Learning. Prior to Lumen Learning, Natalie worked at McGraw-Hill Education as a Learning Technology Representative from August 2016 to February 2019. Natalie's early career included four years as an Elementary Education Teacher at Anne Arundel County Public Schools between August 2012 and August 2016. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Teaching from Towson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Salisbury University.
