Silvina de Brum is a co-founder of Personas, a User Research and Service Design studio in Uruguay, specializing in qualitative research across South America and the United States since April 2020. Silvina serves as a Human-Centered Design Instructor at LUMA Institute, offering workshops and coaching globally since January 2016. Prior to these roles, Silvina operated as a self-employed UX Designer and Researcher and held the position of Senior Associate Consultant at CPA Innovation, where user research methodologies were implemented. Silvina's academic contributions include roles at Oregon State University as a Designer and Researcher, as well as in graphic design and instruction, where curriculum development was a key responsibility. Silvina's educational background includes an MA in Design and Human Environment from Oregon State University, alongside degrees in Industrial Design and Medicine from various institutions.
