Jie Ting Siew is a Senior Project Cost Engineer at Lum Chang Holdings Limited since May 2023, focusing on identifying real estate development projects and forming teams for development planning and budgeting. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Sembcorp Industries Ltd from July 2019 to May 2023, where expertise in project management and concurrent tenders was developed using COSTX. Jie Ting also worked as a Quantity Surveyor at AECOM for over a year and completed internships at CapitaLand and in the Compliance Department. Earlier roles include positions as a Front of House Usher at the School of the Arts Singapore and as a Data Entry Assistant and Administrative Assistant in various organizations. Jie Ting holds a Bachelor of Engineering in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the National University of Singapore, complemented by a brief study at Yonsei University.
