Laura Monk is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in wellness, yoga, and design. Currently serving as an Ambassador for lululemon and holding roles such as Creative Producer and Experience Manager at Soulfish Events, Laura specializes in curating immersive wellness events across Southern California and South America. With a diverse background that includes positions as an Instructor at Fit Athletic Club and CorePower Yoga, as well as a Virtual Fitness Instructor for Goomi Group, Laura demonstrates a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness. Additionally, Laura is the owner of Exflames, an eco-conscious candle and product brand, and operates Laura B. Design, focusing on graphic design and creative consulting. Laura holds a BA in Sociology and Art History from the University of Michigan and a BFA in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.
