Kate Williams currently serves as the Vice President of Women's Design at Fabletics since March 2023. Previously, Williams held the position of Vice President of Women's Design, Performance at lululemon from May 2020, after having served as Vice President of Design at Athleta from July 2018 to May 2020. Williams’ career includes significant roles at Under Armour, L'etoile Sport, The Donna Karan Company, Martin and OSA, Donna Karan/DKNY, and Theory, showcasing a strong background in women’s fashion design. Williams holds a B.A. in Textiles and an MA in Fashion from the University of the Arts London and attended Woldingham School from 1986 to 1990.
