Jenny Fitzgerald is an accomplished leader in talent acquisition with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Programs at lululemon since March 2015, Jenny oversees the Global TA Programs Team focused on Employer Brand, Talent Operations, and Equitable Hiring. Previously, Jenny held multiple director roles at lululemon, managing talent acquisition teams across different regions and supporting business talent needs. Prior to lululemon, Jenny was the Head of Talent at A Thinking Ape, and worked as a Technical Recruiter at Ignite Technical Resources. Jenny began their career as an Account Manager at Millstream Natural Foods. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Marketing and Philosophy from Simon Fraser University and a 200 Hour Yoga Leadership Teacher Training from Princeton University.
