Gurleen Sabharwal is a seasoned data science professional currently serving as the Senior Data Science Manager at lululemon since April 2022, leading global teams to deliver impactful data solutions within the product organization. Prior to lululemon, Gurleen held multiple roles at Intact, including Data Science Manager and Data and Analytics Manager, where significant contributions included developing predictive models and leading large teams in data collection and cloud migration projects. Gurleen also has academic experience as a Data Science Faculty at Toronto School of Management and a proven track record at Accenture focusing on ML/AI solutions and customer-centric analytics, in addition to previous roles in telecom analytics at Vodafone India and other firms. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from SRCC.
