Grace Pollard is an experienced professional currently serving as an Account Manager for Membership Services and previously as an Account Executive for Fan Relations at the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Football Club since May 2022. Prior to this role, Grace held various positions, including Server at Shoeless Joe's Limited, Cashier at Fortinos Supermarket Ltd, and Customer Service Representative Support at Pollard Windows Inc. Additionally, Grace gained experience as a Student Intern at the Fort Erie Chamber of Commerce and worked as a Crew Member at the Buffalo Canoe Club and Restaurant Worker at McDonald's. Grace holds a Bachelor of Communications from McMaster University and is currently pursuing further education at McMaster University Continuing Education.
