Erica K. currently serves as an Associate Business Partner in People & Culture at lululemon, where Erica has advanced from a Senior People & Culture Advisor focusing on Product & Supply Chain since September 2020. Prior to joining lululemon, Erica gained experience as a People & Culture Generalist at Arc'teryx Equipment and as an HR Generalist at Beedie, a prominent development company in British Columbia. Erica's career began at Aritzia, where roles included Benefits and Payroll Coordinator and other HR-related positions. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art from The University of British Columbia and completed the Women Leading the Way Leadership Development Program through the Minerva Foundation for BC Women in 2017.
