Diana Teresa Alcala currently serves as an Educator at lululemon, beginning in September 2024. Prior to this role, Diana worked as a Human Resources Operations Intern at Intermedia Cloud Communications from June to August 2024. Diana has extensive retail experience, having held positions as Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associate at PACSUN from July 2021 to June 2024, as well as serving as a Customer Service Representative at Roberson & Sons Insurance from March to October 2021 and as a Guest Services Specialist at Target from September 2020 to April 2021. Additionally, Diana held the role of Vice President of Finance and Housing for Alpha Phi International Fraternity from November 2022 to October 2023. Diana's educational background includes an undergraduate degree in International Business and Hospitality from San Jose State University, expected to be completed in December 2024, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Shasta College, earned in May 2022.
