Cristin Carlucci is an experienced professional in merchandise planning and brand management, currently serving as the Director of Merchandise Planning at Lulu and Georgia since May 2022. Prior to this role, Cristin spent nearly eight years at Urban Outfitters, holding various positions including Divisional Planning Manager for Furniture, Lighting & Walls, and Associate Planning Manager for Home. Earlier career experience includes roles at Macy's and Saks Fifth Avenue, where Cristin received multiple recognitions, including the Rookie of the Year award in 2008 and several special recognition awards for driving sales. Cristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Mass Media and Technology from East Carolina University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
