Mr. Lam Chi Kuen, aged 68, is an Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee of the Company. Mr. Lam has years of experience in auditing, finance and accounting fields. He currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of China Cinda Asset Management Company Limited. He was formerly a senior adviser and partner of Ernst & Young. He was awarded with a Higher Diploma in Accounting. He is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
