Janin Oer is a seasoned professional in the airline industry, serving Lufthansa since July 2009 in various leadership roles including Vice President and Head of Production Planning and Steering Group Airlines, as well as Senior Director for Flight Ops Development. Oer's extensive experience encompasses project management in areas such as process-oriented organization, post-flight analysis systems, and fuel efficiency initiatives. Prior to current roles, Oer worked on training management systems and IT infrastructure at Lufthansa from August 2005 to October 2008, and held positions at Lufthansa Systems Infrastructure Services Inc. and other organizations in the late 1990s. Oer holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Technische Universität Braunschweig and has further educational experience at the University of California, Davis.
