Walter Dudley has significant experience in occupational safety and health, currently serving as Assistant Safety Manager at Ludvik Electric Co. since December 2017, where oversight of compliance with Intel safety standards for over 50 employees at a water treatment plant is a primary responsibility. Previously, as Safety and Compliance Manager at MityLite, Walter reduced the accident rate significantly within nine months through targeted audits and training. Walter's extensive background also includes a tenure at the New Mexico Air National Guard, where management of the occupational safety program for approximately 1,100 personnel took place, alongside roles in weapons safety and quality assurance. Walter holds an Associate's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from the Community College of the Air Force.
