Jolandi Phillips is an experienced Instructional Designer currently working at Ludic since April 2022, focusing on consultancy and the design of diverse learning solutions across various sectors, including pharmaceutical systems training and government digital upskilling programs. Prior to Ludic, Jolandi served as a Consultant at NobleTech Learning, assisting clients in developing and managing online courses, and held the position of Director at Outdoor Automation, where work centered on smart home automation solutions. Additional roles include Learning Technologist and Trainee Learning Technologist at Nord Anglia Education, Learning and Development Assistant at Stephenson Harwood LLP, and European Buying Administrator at Mars, where Jolandi discovered a passion for learning and development. Jolandi holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.
