Molly Shreve Staats has over 10 years of work experience in strategic partnerships, marketing, and program management. Molly is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Lucky Orange since January 2022. Prior to that, Molly worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Lucky Orange starting from April 2019.

Molly collaborated with coaches, players, and administration to develop marketing strategies and campaigns for promoting various Nebraska athletic programs.

Molly Shreve Staats obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
