Marshall Irby, CPA, currently serves as an Asset Management Analyst at Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Marshall spent nearly five years at Luck Companies as a Senior Accountant. Marshall began a career at PwC, progressing from a Core Assurance Intern to a Core Assurance Associate from 2015 to 2019, gaining valuable experience in financial services through an attestation engagement with a private equity firm. Earlier internships included roles at Chess Law Firm, where Marshall engaged in business development and commercial real estate evaluation, as well as writing for a newsletter series. Marshall holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and a BA in Economics from William & Mary.
