Juan Miller possesses extensive experience in training and instructional design, having served as a Training Content Creator at Luck Companies from July 2018 to June 2024, where responsibilities included designing eLearning modules, filming training videos, and facilitating instructor-led training sessions. Prior to this role, Juan was a Customer Relations Trainer at Frontpoint Security from December 2013 to July 2018, conducting dynamic training delivered through various methods and managing participant evaluations, achieving a participant satisfaction NPS of 95% with over 500 employees trained. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Customer Support Specialist and Sales Associate, as well as serving as a Counselor/Instructor at College Board Upward Bound. Juan holds a degree in Criminology, Law, and Society from George Mason University.
