Aikaterini Florou has been working in the field since 2008, when they began their career as a Research Scientist and Data Manager at HeCOG. In 2016, they moved to the NIHR Biomedical Research Centre - GSTT as a Clinical Trial Manager and Clinical Trial Assistant. Aikaterini has been a Project Manager at LucidQuest since 2018.

Aikaterini Florou completed an MSc in Clinical Trials at University College London (UCL) between 2016 and 2017.
