Min Ji Namkoong possesses extensive experience in battery cell engineering, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Lucid Motors since June 2020. Prior to this role, Min Ji worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, focusing on solid-state electrolyte fabrication and the development of high-speed charging lithium-ion batteries. Additional experience includes participation in a student team at the University of Michigan Supermileage, where Min Ji contributed to the powertrain system for an electric vehicle. Min Ji's background also includes roles as an energy auditor and CAEN administrative office assistant, as well as tutoring in mathematics, chemistry, and physics. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Michigan, complemented by studies at Schoolcraft College.
