McPherson led the APAC HR Advisory practice at HR Path, emphasizing HR digitalization and workforce reskilling. Prior roles include National Head of People & Culture at Grant Thornton Australia and various positions at Korn Ferry and American Express, focusing on operational leadership and talent acquisition.
