Stan Truijens, MMI, serves as Project Manager for HR and Insights Discovery Client Practitioner at Luchtverkeersleiding NL (LVNL) since 2017, leading various HR-related projects and programs, including the integration of military and civil air traffic control, performance management reforms, and strategic workforce planning. Previously held positions include HRM Consultant at LVNL, Team Manager P&O at Heliomare, Senior HR Advisor at Politie Nederland, and HR Manager at VeiligheidsRegio Utrecht, among others. Stan holds a Master's degree in Management & Innovation and a Bachelor's degree in HRM, complemented by a post-bachelor's degree in Organization Development & Changes. Additionally, Stan is skilled in Agile Scrum methodologies and Insights Discovery coaching.
