Yaani Patel is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in people management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Lucent Innovation since June 2022, Yaani has previously held the role of Human Resources Executive at AKSHAR GROUP from January 2020 to May 2022 and worked as a Human Resources Associate at HexaCoder Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from January 2019 to January 2020. Additionally, Yaani contributed as a Research Study Assistant with the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, focusing on research analytics for marginalized groups in Gujarat. Yaani began the career in human resources as an intern at Krazy Mantra Group of Companies, enhancing skills in recruitment and project support.
