Caroline Brown is currently a Non-executive Director at Luceco. Prior to this, they were with EUROWAG, IP Group plc, and Rockley Photonics Inc. Caroline has also been with Luceco plc in the past.

Caroline Brown has a Ph.D. in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, an M.B.A. from Bayes Business School, a Masters Level Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Cambridge Judge Business School, and a Master of Arts in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership from City, University of London. Caroline is also certified by the Institute of Directors as a Chartered Director, by the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst, by CIMA as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and by ICAEW as an IFRS Certificate holder.
