Caitlin Ahu is a seasoned professional in event management and sales, currently serving as the Head of Sales & Events for LUCAS Restaurants since June 2019. Caitlin has a strong track record in leading sales and events teams, with prior roles including Sales Manager and Business Development Manager at LUCAS Restaurants, and Events Sales Executive at Chin Chin Sydney. Previous experience includes serving as Events & Sales Manager at Matteo Sydney and Event & Sales Manager at Darlo Country Club, alongside roles in event coordination and sales at The Island Sydney and Merivale. Caitlin holds a Diploma of Event Management from TAFE NSW, completed in 2018, and is a graduate of Murwillumbah High School, class of 2012.
