Phil Simon is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Lucas James Talent Partners since October 2021, Phil has previously held talent acquisition roles at Lactalis American Group, Voiant, and Goldman Sachs, where support was provided through ADP RPO. Phil's career began at ADP as a Senior Recruiting Specialist, following an internship with the Toledo Mud Hens. Phil holds a Bachelor's of Science in Education with a focus on Sport Management from Bowling Green State University, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
