Sara Paoloni has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental roles, currently serving as a Health Safety and Environment Specialist at Lucart since October 2019, previously holding an Environmental Specialist position within the same company. Prior to Lucart, Sara worked in health and safety roles at Sofidel S.p.A. from November 2017 to November 2018, contributing to a leading Italian producer of tissue paper. Early career experience includes positions as a hostess for event organizations, including LuccaOrganizza and Pitti Immagine, and staff participation at the Lucca Comics & Games convention. Sara's foundational experience in public health and safety originates from a traineeship at ASL 2 Lucca between November 2011 and July 2014, followed by earning a Laurea triennale from Università di Pisa.
