Christopher Jones is a highly experienced professional in the field of analytical chemistry with a focus on chemical synthesis and formulation science. At The Lubrizol Corporation since August 2015, Christopher has served as Senior Research Manager and previously held the positions of Research Manager and Analytical Chemist. Prior experience includes working as an Analytical Scientist at BP from May 2012 to July 2015, where Christopher developed and established NMR methodologies for the characterization of lignocellulosic biofuel samples, assisting Biofuels R&D teams. Christopher's academic background includes a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of California, Riverside, where research focused on innovative separation techniques for heparin oligosaccharides, and dual degrees (BS in Biology and BA in Chemistry) from East Carolina University.
