Scott Irwin is an experienced engineering consultant with a strong background in marine and industrial sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Engineering Consultant since November 2023, Scott has previously held various significant positions, including Port Engineer at Phoenix Processor Limited Partnership, where project management skills were applied to major refrigeration plant conversions. A Lubrication & Reliability Consultant at Lubrication Engineers since October 2014, Scott has extensive experience overseeing maintenance and conversion projects for fishing vessels, including a successful east coast trawler redesign. Scott's career began as Chief Engineer at Trans-Pacific Seafoods and later at Arctic Alaska/Tyson, with educational qualifications in Marine Engineering from the United States Coast Guard and multiple marine licenses.
