Claudio Figueroa Pulgar is an experienced professional in the lubrication industry, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Latin America at Lubrication Engineers since January 2020, focusing on sustainable business growth and implementing a distinctive value proposition in lubrication technologies. Prior to this role, Claudio worked at ENEX as a Technical Advisor for lubricants, providing technical support and product launches in the southern regions of the country. Claudio has also held supervisory and managerial positions at Tecnologias Cobra Limitada and Bel-Ray Chile S.A., where responsibilities included leading maintenance teams and ensuring operational efficiency in mining environments. Claudio’s career began at NCH, overseeing national development in the lubrication sector, as well as serving as a part-time professor at Universidad de Talca, where Claudio earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
