Brenda Haney is an experienced professional in the field of solid waste management, currently serving as the Director of Solid Waste for the City of Lubbock. Previously, Brenda held the position of Director of Solid Waste Services for the City of Irving. Brenda completed a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, where studies were undertaken from 1987 to 1989, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution, earned between 1983 and 1987.
