Riley Moran's work experience began in 2014 as a Soccer Referee for Westbury Soccer Club. In 2017, Riley worked as a Car Detailer and Customer Driver for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In 2018, Riley served as an Engineering Intern at Dan-Loc Group, where they were involved in warehouse relocation and inventory management. Riley then interned as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at B+M Industrial in 2020, where they developed a quotation program to improve margin predictability. In 2021, Riley became a Manufacturing Engineer at B+M Industrial and implemented scheduling and timekeeping practices to improve workflow. In 2022, Riley joined Mechanica Associates as an Operations Engineer, focusing on optimizing business operations. Additionally, Riley and their son acquired Lubbock Electric Company, LLC in 2022 and now run it as a family business, prioritizing customer relationships and industrial services.
Riley Moran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University, completing the program between 2017 and 2021. Additionally, Riley obtained a certification as a Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate from Dassault Systèmes in December 2020.
