Aggrey Gama, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer of Food and Sensory Science and Deputy Head of Department at LUANAR-Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources, where employment has been since May 2014. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Georgia from August 2015 to May 2019, Lecturer of Food Technology at the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic from April 2013 to April 2014, Quality Monitoring Services Officer at Malawi Bureau of Standards from April 2009 to March 2013, and Production Controller at Dairibord Malawi from November 2006 to March 2009. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Food Science from The University of Georgia (2015-2019), a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Leeds (2011-2012), and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic (2003-2007).
