Scott Prior, P.E. has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as the Managing Engineer at Lu Engineers since 2003, where responsibilities include client relationship management and business development for the transportation group. Prior held several key positions at Lu Engineers, including Transportation Division Manager and Project Manager, overseeing numerous Federal Aid Capital Improvement Projects and providing technical advice to municipalities. Previous roles include municipal engineer and managing partner, contributing to the corporate governance and financial stability of the firm. Prior began their career as a project engineer at Lu Engineers (1992-2002) and as a field engineer at Lott Constructors in 1992. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, furthering education at St. Bonaventure University.
