Benjamin Sirois has extensive experience in program and project management within the aerospace and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Account Delivery Manager for RTX North America at L&T Technology Services since May 2022, Benjamin previously held various leadership roles at Aerospace Drive Systems and QuEST Global, where responsibilities included managing military and civil rotorcraft programs, leading engineering teams, and driving business development initiatives. Noteworthy accomplishments include doubling program size and revenue within a short timeframe, achieving high customer satisfaction metrics, and contributing to significant organizational growth. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
