Ankie de Jong is a professional with a background in rural development and project management. Currently serving as Project Leader at LTO Noord since November 2019, Ankie has previously held the position of Project Employee at the same organization from February 2018 to November 2019. An undergraduate degree in Rural Development & Innovation was obtained from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a minor in Sustainable Agriculture & Consumption from Wageningen University & Research in 2017. Early career experience includes a trainee role at Gemeente Steenwijkerland, where Ankie conducted a graduation research project on regional products in the Zwolle area, as well as internships and positions at Gebiedscoöperatie O-gen and Zorgboerderij `t Paradijs.
