Jim Phillips serves as the VP of Engineering for the Brand Platform at LTK since June 2023. Prior to this, Jim held the position of Head of Engineering for Metaverse Identity and the Third-Party Developer Ecosystem at Meta from June 2021 to June 2023, where significant contributions included developing a strategy for identity portability and ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations. Jim's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Amazon, overseeing Global Development and International Technology, as well as the Advertising Platform and Product, where Jim played a key role in developing an ad delivery infrastructure that significantly boosted revenue. Additional leadership experience includes serving as CEO and CTO at X10 Wireless Technology, where Jim successfully reorganized the company post-Chapter 11 and led the development of its e-commerce engine. Jim's technical expertise is backed by an educational foundation in Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol.
