Shruthi Vasishta is an experienced HR professional with a background in technical recruiting and human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at LTIMindtree since August 2014, Shruthi manages internal relationships and develops strategic communication plans to address client needs. Previously, Shruthi worked as a Technical Recruiter at L&T Infotech from February 2010, assisting in the recruiting life cycle, vendor management, and employee onboarding. Early career experience includes roles at At-Tech staffing agency and ITFlux Inc., along with positions in administration and data validation at Comerica Bank and Wells Fargo. Shruthi holds a degree in HR Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a BCA in Computer Science from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya, complemented by further education at Portnov Computer School.
