Hiten Khangaonkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of business analysis, sales training, and digital learning. Currently serving as a Team Lead at LTIMindtree since July 2023, Hiten previously held the position of Business Analyst at Beyondsoft from February 2022 to February 2024. Hiten also contributed to Aditya Birla Capital as an Assistant Manager in Sales Training L&D Digital Learning from September 2019 to February 2022, and served as a Senior Executive at Capita from December 2016 to September 2019. Hiten's career began as an Analyst at eClerx from November 2013 to December 2016. Hiten holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Model College of Science & Commerce in Kalyan (East) and completed secondary education at Ideal English High School in Kalyan East.
