Gopalakrishnan Duraisamy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and customer relationship management in the technology sector. Currently serving as Engagement Partner at LTIMindtree since July 2017, Gopalakrishnan oversees service delivery for clients in the Media and Entertainment vertical. Prior to this role, Gopalakrishnan was a Key Account Manager at L&T Infotech, managing US-based Pricing and Revenue Management Solutions and leading planning and strategy management to ensure efficient solutions delivery. Previous positions at L&T Infotech include Deputy Delivery Head, Senior Manager, and Employee. Gopalakrishnan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Annamalai University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
