Gautam Chatterji is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and IT management, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at LTIMindtree since November 2022, where responsibilities include leading HR transformation initiatives for 85,000 employees. Prior to this role, Gautam held multiple significant positions at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech from July 2006 to June 2023, playing a key role in the merger of LTI and Mindtree, leading the ServiceNow Practice Unit to achieve substantial revenue growth, and managing delivery across various sectors. Earlier career experiences also include strategic business management at Globsysn Technologies, senior executive roles at CESC Ltd., and project management at Hindalco Industries Limited.
