Aravind Babu Ramaraju is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace service delivery and management across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Real Estate and Workplace Service Delivery at LTIMindtree, Aravind has held significant leadership roles, including Head of India Administration Operations and Services at Mindtree, and Director in both Human Resources and Facilities Management at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Additionally, Aravind has experience in the Global Return To Office PMO at Cognizant and began a career as an Assistant Manager at Wipro Technologies. Aravind holds a certificate in Environmental Social and Governance from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, alongside an Executive Program in HR Management and Organizational Behaviour from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
