Nena Hribar currently serves as Global Human Resources Director at LTH Castings since September 2023. Previously, Nena held the position of Head of Human Resources at Iskraemeco, d.d. from September 2017 to September 2023, focusing on various HR functions including labour legislation, employee motivation and remuneration, recruitment, dismissal processes, and establishing salary systems. Nena has extensive experience in human resources across multiple companies, including Kariera, d.o.o. and Iskratel, where responsibilities involved managing organisational culture, health and safety at work, as well as relations with trade unions and works councils. Nena began career in human resources at Iskratel Electronics and holds a PhD in Human Resources Management from Univerza v Mariboru.
