Swaroop Kolekar is a skilled Senior Engineer at L&T Realty since June 2022, responsible for coordinating construction activities across five towers and overseeing various construction processes including excavation, blasting, shore piling, and finishing works. Prior experience includes a three-month summer internship in Contract Management at Viceroy Properties in 2021 and a role as Junior Engineer on the Navi Mumbai Metro Project from October 2018 to July 2020, where contributions included planning work and managing significant events related to post-tensioned girders. Swaroop holds a Post Graduation degree in Project Engineering Management from NICMAR University (2020-2022), a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from MES' Pillai HOC College of Education and Research (2015-2018), a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering (2012-2015), and completed SSC at Swami Vivekanand Vidyamandir Dombivli (2002-2012).
