Kyle Peveto is an experienced journalist currently serving as the editor of Louisiana Agriculture, the magazine for the LSU AgCenter, since July 2017. Previously, Kyle held the position of staff writer at The Advocate from May 2012 to July 2017, focusing on feature stories for the Baton Rouge daily newspaper. Kyle's earlier roles include covering rural affairs, features, and crime for The Beaumont Enterprise, and reporting on crime and business for the Abilene Reporter-News. Additional experience includes reporting on county government, crime, and courts for The Daily Sentinel, as well as serving as communications coordinator for Nantahala Outdoor Center. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Abilene Christian University, obtained in 2004.
