Ivy Lu is an experienced recruitment consultant specializing in the APAC region, currently serving at LSP Renewables since February 2025. Previously, Ivy worked at Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel from March 2023 to February 2025, contributing to the recruitment efforts within the renewable energy sector. Ivy began a career in human resources as an intern at Ørsted from October 2020 to July 2021, where responsibilities included organizing training sessions for over 120 employees and managing HR documentation for more than 100 staff members. Ivy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chung Yuan Christian University.
