Debra Gardner FCIPD has a wealth of experience in HR and people leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer and Head of HR & ESG at LSL Property Services plc, Debra previously held positions such as Director of People at tombola, Board Advisor at Dynamo North East, and Director of People at M247. With a background that includes roles at Sage and Northumbria Police, Debra is currently furthering their education at London Business School in Executive Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, while also holding a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Sunderland.
