Bianca Leonard is a seasoned lighting industry professional currently serving as the Northeast Regional Manager for C&I Lighting at LSI Industries Inc. since September 2024. Previously, Bianca held the position of Business Development Manager for the Northeast at Leotek Electronics USA LLC from February 2023 to September 2024. With extensive experience including roles as Area Sales Manager III - East at Ubicquia, Prolume Divisional Sales Manager at LEDdynamics, and Eastern Regional Sales Manager at Performance in Lighting, Bianca has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in lighting solutions. Earlier career highlights include a District Sales Representative position at Signify and a long tenure at Reflex Lighting Group, culminating in recognition as Employee of the Year in 2005. Bianca holds an Associate of Arts degree in Interior Design from Brooks College.
