Kela Wingard CUCE, BSACS, CCUIA, CRVPM, is an accomplished professional in compliance services with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Compliance Services at the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates since January 2015, Kela has previously held roles as a Compliance Consultant and Compliance Specialist at Georgia Credit Union Affiliates from January 2015 to August 2021.
