Shantanu Bhattacharyya serves as the Executive Vice President at LS Digital Group since February 2021, leading a team of 70 in media planning, strategy, and client success, achieving a pitch conversion rate exceeding 25%. Previously, Shantanu held the role of Vice President - Media Strategy and Planning at LS Digital Group, overseeing the strategy development for prospective brands. Shantanu's experience includes leadership positions in entrepreneurship development at LabourNet Services India Pvt. Ltd., sales and distribution management at Beximco Communications Limited, and co-founding two companies, Fab Repair And Maintenance and Decibel Media. With a strong background in ad sales at Fever FM and Radio City India, and a solid foundation in product management at Eveready Industries, Shantanu holds a PGDBM in Marketing from Goa Institute of Management and a BSc in Physics from Delhi University.
